New CFO since 12th May might explain the delay. Hopefully he hasn't picked up any issues and is just taking his time reviewing to make sure correct...

Based on previous results this share is horribly undervalued and I have been picking up again at this price... I am expecting a big jump on the update / results.

Been expecting a trading statement from them, concerning it hasn't come out yet.... in the recent past they have become quite consistent releasing it one month before results. tick tock.

To add, there is a little resistance line at 470 which will have to hold, otherwise it could go down to around 415-420.

At some point you have to ask what does the market know that I don't.

At current status quo, i'm projecting a year end HEPS increase of 30%+.  Taking a look at this one again considering the current share price drop.

If anyone would like to share there thoughts it would be much appreciated.

I think about this sort of thing differently...

It is not a target price that you sell at, but a target multiple. Rolfes is at worst equivalent to an Omnia or AECI (in my opinion), but let's base a target exit multiple at a discount to these two chemical stocks (i.e. conservative):

 - Omnia at a PE of 18.5x

 - AECI at a PE of 13.5

Thus, one could target selling Rolfes when its Price Earnings re-rates to about 12.0x. Whether that is right now at c.750cps or in a year or three's times with a higher HEPS number at a higher price per share .

Hope that makes sense?

It's not about a target price, but a target valuation.

Mind blown!

Just goes to show what a different insight in thinking reveals.

Will this gem hit 700?

I was planning to sell on 400, then 500, now 600 hehehehe.

We like the look of Rolfes (If you have a decent appetite for risk). Their results today looked pretty solid.

They do have some issues we a little worried about but all in all at it it's current price they look to offer some good value.

Massive build up in inventories (struggling to move stock or building up stock to accommodate greater expected demand in future?).

A cheap way into the chemicals market if you not after Sasol or Omnia

Does anyone know why rolfes has dropped so much?

the PNC directors Tshivhase (bribery charges) and Fourie both non executives of Rolfes. Their connection caused the drop.
