Should be at least equal to TNAV of R1.40

SCP results comment today: Lack of liquidity in the listed Torre share price is also exacerbating the disconnect between the

traded share price and Stellar Capital's assessment of the intrinsic value of the business. For this reason Stellar Capital is
supportive in principle of the proposed delisting which was announced on 9 July 2018.

With Torre delisting, any idea what the offer to share holders will be?

Anyone involved with Torre' services? Recovering?

Torre just received R152million in cash in settlement of it's receivable. That's almost 30% of it's current market cap which is R575 million. NAV of the company is R938million.
Interim HEPS up 40% year on year. this company is profitable

Yes! Still in it.

Recovery is a given. Market cap is way below considering the liquid cash coming in and that the company is making a profit. It kills me to see investors sell out of fear. They're losing out

Trading Statement Out!

In terms of paragraph 3.4( of the JSE Listings Requirements,
listed companies are required to publish a trading statement
as soon as the board of directors is satisfied that a
reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial
results for the next reporting period will vary by more than
20% from those of the previous corresponding reporting period.

Torre accordingly notifies shareholders that the earnings per
share and headline earnings per share for the six month period
ended 31 December 2014 are expected to improve to between
13.50 and 14.90 cents (a 91% to 111% increase) and 13.20 and
14.50 cents (a 100% to 120% increase) respectively compared to
the earnings per share of 7.06 cents and headline earnings per
share of 6.60 cents for the previous six month reporting
period ended 31 December 2013.

It should be noted that the earnings per share and headline
earnings per share are calculated based on the weighted
average number of shares in issue for the interim period,
being 323,487,572. The trading results have also been
positively impacted by foreign currency translation gains and
a once off adjustment to a deferred purchase consideration
liability.

The full interim results are expected to be released on or
about 3 March 2015.

Do not try and bend the market. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth. Then you'll see, that it is not the market that bends, it is only yourself.

I have been a long term holder since SA French days and recently bought another batch at R3.12. My average price per share paid is R1.05

The CEO is one of the sharpest (in the right way), most innovative, hardworking people I have ever met and not at all arrogant considering what he has achieved.....unlike our much older buddies at Ellies who have created masses of deeply pained shareholders.

If anyone can pull off an Invicta look alike, its Charles Pettit and my money is on him....for the long term.

Be patient, just watch. I have seen this movie before.

It's like Buzz LightYear at the moment.<br />Been in since mid 300c. Wanting to add but it's run real hard in last 30days. Not sure what to do. Have a 5yr initial horizon on it. Then I reassess.

If you haven't noticed by now, this little gem is on fire. Nobody is prepared to part with their shares which is driving this price up crazily. When will be the next aquisition?
