From a technical perspective, Aveng is now trading above its 200 day moving average, which is below the 50 MA, which is below the 21 MA, which is below the 8 MA. Plus the 200 MA is moving upwards. Let's hope it stays this way and blips to 5c soon.

If it does, I would certainly feel a lot better about another rights offer. Until the price starts moving, another rights offer is going to feel like a kick in the nuts.

Why do I smell a delisting here?

What makes you think that?

I hate it that these SENS don't have the before picture, is it so hard to add that to the SENS?

Can anyone see how many shares are on offer at 4c and if we have any on offer at 5c?

Sounds like they saying if not taken up by shareholders then the 2 largest shareholders will take up all the shares. I think i might just take it up.

Correct, but it does mean there is further dilution of shares. Also means that any share consolidation will be pushed back even further.

Hi all,

I took up my first rights and paid them.

This time round I think I will cash out and they can pay me for change.

Personally I do not think the share price will change much. It will hold between 2 and 4 cents for very long, especially if they keep on raising money at 1.5c. If all is used to pay debt then its ok but if they keep on rasing bonuses for them selves we are going to lose our as# on this one.

My 1.5c...

I'll have to delve deeper into my flexible friend..... as I'm considering it as well.. .funds dependent, but funds are running low after the previous offer

The Board has therefore taken the decision to implement a follow on renounceable rights
offer of R100m at 1,5 cents per share (being the same price as the initial rights issue). The
rights offer is expected to be fully co-underwritten at no fee, by the Company’s two largest
shareholders, and will be subject to shareholder approval. A circular calling an Extraordinary
General Meeting and setting out further details of the rights issue will be sent to
shareholders in due course. The Board has noted that all Directors and Prescribed Officers
have indicated that they will follow their rights.

It has to be a kind of record! But also then ... it is only for the two largest shareholders? Rights offers are awesome if you do it once off and manage to top up a bunch of your shares at a much lower price, but now they are diluting the shares even further ....and to keep fair value... you have to keep on topping up.....

Question to the group.. .will you be taking up the rights?

Very quick. This is probably positive.

Wow, that was quick. Never before seen a rights offer announced just after one was concluded.

Let them do all they want. I'm just liking that we closed on 4c. Just a psychological close. And we get to spend the whole weekend looking at that green profits.

It looks like more than one person given the comments and usernames. They are similar to JSE_Bets on Discord.
