Ajd I think we should be cautious with short term issues that may cause the ahare price to experience some pressure.....
I like this share....but having learnt from others in the market....either buy and look away......or wait and time the buy in this share.
There are still government contracts and forensics that need to be disclosed and written off.
Then there are issues with 2019 finanxials, issues with previous auditors....etc.
Nice share..short term worry ....

Whatever position the PIC take - always do the opposite! Momentum is building next year March April you will be talking about a different business. Biggest risk was getting black listed by government does not look like that will happen. Why did PIC reduce their holdings significantly, something is off, all may not be as it seems. Caution for next two months.....expect this share to reach r6 if all is good or find some new lows if deadline for financials not met.....

Optics on this share still a concern and no real indication that they will woth certainty meet the timelines for financials and audit and agreements with previous auditor and 400m forensic completed as well as SARS settlement...etc....i like Stephen c...and like the storyline , hesitant to get shares now...should we jump in now or perhaps end september.

Johannesburg, Thursday, July 16, 2020 – The Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA) has confirmed that it had already opened an investigation into the auditor of EOH Technology Solutions Ltd (EOH) on March 10, 2020, subsequent to receiving a complaint in February 2020. This follows in response to a Financial Mail editorial note on the EOH accounting issues in which the Financial Mail incorrectly suggested that the IRBA is not taking any action.
The IRBA advises that it was not asked for any comment on the EOH matter on whether there was an open investigation or not, or whether it had already taken any action in this matter prior to the publication of the Financial Mail article.
In fact, the IRBA had EOH and its auditor on a media monitoring watchlist for two years and has been following reports in the public domain about the alleged accounting fraud as the story has unfolded since it was first reported in 2018.
The IRBA under Section 48(1) of the Auditing Profession Act 26 of 2005 (APA), can open an investigation where there are reasonable grounds for suspicion that a registered auditor has committed an act which may render him guilty of improper conduct; or is of the opinion that a complaint or allegation of improper conduct which has been made against a registered auditor appears to be justified
This was the last...have not seen any eoh feedback...really hope no skeletons

The problem is not with EOH, the problem is the 'lock down' on new projects in all the industries (conserving cash) . So it is matter of caution with many contracts not renewed or paused. thanks to our brilliant kopdoek president. there is a reason why Jan found nothing on planet kaap de goede hoop when he arrived 1652.
Finding new lows daily. If results are for any reason delayed we goinf to find ourselves in a new lownwith this share....expect results on the day advised but of tax issue or if any other reason this cannot be finalized on or before the date we going to have a roller coaster. There are historicalnissues....

I am however a long term believer in this share and in 5 years may be in a different place completely....issue is the short term and where do we buy in...is there a potential opportunity to buy in lower....I would add shares at this level certainly.
Also concerned this share hit r6 and dropped with support back to r4.50. Some news is upon us certainly. Hope it does not drop the share to r2 again

Seems massive issues with above and other quiet resignations and liabilities....tax and other...
Have been digging and digging and can only come up with these 2 probable dark waves that impacted price and resulted in eoh share price pressures.......
