Guys easy monies to be made here....do your own homework first...im buying in tomorrow below R2.00
look at yield.....At R2.00 you can get 25% divi...and leases deadlines end of this month...
Risk to downside is if DPW doesnt sign...
but value of share destructed to so low..dont think its going to go further down with new yield of 25%....share on thursday closed R1.70
Was R6.60 4 months back...a buy and hold for divi scenario with hopefully a80% leases back to normal by next year
You buying brick and mortar with a nav of + R9.00
worst case scenario :If company goes belly up that brick and mortar in a fire sale should yield a minimum 30%..ie 3.00

sad part is.... they charging the govt depts a higher rental on a monthly tenancy than what they will pay if lease signed....This is how out taxpayers monies are wasted...

The company paid relatively high interest rates on the debt it raised compared with its peers in the listed property sector, because it was unable to provide clear lease profiles to banks.

divi wil be about .76 % of +-40c..and then payout they say will be about 75% of that with tax implication
so expect final divi about +-31c...going forward if govt does not sign leases , this can only get worse as loan to book at about 43% and will increase...cost of debt all increasing too...so no guarantee of future payout being maintained....now saying govt will decide by end of this month...has been going on for last 12 months
sorry final divi should be around +-26c

Been watching this on the way down...think it's way overdone but that's just me....
My reasoning is they have R535ish million income some of which will be a divi & 715ish million shares in issue.
Interim divi was about 39c so final could be around 30c & you can pick up some today for around R2
