Year end is only end of Feb, so will be a while still.

Some good SENS.....

Nutritional Holdings and Ukusekela fulfill orders to German consortium

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 9 September 2020 wherein
Ukusekela Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Ukusekela”) had secured a R1bn (One Billion Rand)

Nutritional Holdings and Ukusekela are pleased to inform shareholders that the first
international delivery of 72 000 units, comprising of 50 000 units for the 1st supply and
22 000 units as the minimum stock buffer, equating to circa R32 000 000,00 (Thirty-Two
Million Rand) of The Ultimate Immune Booster was successfully delivered to the German
consortium’s agent.

Shareholders are advised that in accordance with the five year strategic plan and
shareholder enhancement plan, Nutritional Holdings is now in a growth stage wherein

Yoh ... just like that... CFO no longer and still interviewing Top 100 CFO's ...  this is an interesting SENS. One would think you already have a new CFO before making that announcement. Steadying the ship and then leaving it without a navigator.

I know there is not alot of info currently on NUT, it is just a matter of time for the positives to show.

Looking at previous years on the investor page of NUT, it seems as though Fin Year results will be available the the 26th of Feb? Last year it was the 29th of Feb which was the last work day of Feb.

Could this be part of the share buyback program? Has that started yet?

Looking at the volumes from the 1st of Feb it would seem that it is building up to something.

Recent holder of NUT and it is driving me nuts. Puns aside, is there anywhere we can see how many shares are still outstanding / on offer at 1c?

Just checked and there are currently 1 737 596 745 shares on offer at 1c

The volume the other day was 300 million shares.
I know its a 1cent share, but still, there has been some interesting movements.
I also see their acquisitions as positive, especially when part of the price is share options, and those were valued at 5cents.
I can't see how this share won't do well

It should do well long term if they keep this up, but for now, there is still some pressure on the share price. There is currently about a billion shares on offer at 1c. There is talk of a 3 billion share buy back and then the share consolidation (details should be out soon). One to keep an eye on for the pundits perhaps.

Is anyone else still following. Looking forward to next set of results.

Just looking for now, and might be tempted post share consolidation. Results are not due for several months (YE Feb), but I see that they do have the AGM next week. There might be some info coming out of that.

Big volumes on JSE today.

25 to 1 share consolidation on the cards, step in the right direction. Curious to see how the share price reacts after the consolidation. Still too much of a gamble for me.
