no stopping Aspen at the moment and despite the PE this stock still looks very cheap to me given what's in the pipeline.

It's still sliding a bit. In at average cost of 223. Think it's heading back to 240?

Considering adding more LHG or getting into APN.
Litha - More risky but much larger potential here. Tuesday volumes were staggering! Something brewing. Looking forward to sens from them.
Aspen - Recent pull back. Quality, quality share! Good divi. Safer play.
Likely to add both to be honest...
HB, I sold my ACTs about 3 months ago. To stagnant.
Option to replace it with some MFL and also ADT has served me well.
Just in time.
Into the bottom drawer. Daar gaan jy.

Trading Update on SENS today.
Trading Statement
Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Limited
(Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa)
(Registration number 1985/002935/06)
Share code: APN & ISIN: ZAE000066692
("Aspen")
Trading statement
Aspen shareholders are hereby advised that diluted normalised headline earnings per
share (“DNHEPS”) from continuing operations, headline earnings per share and
earnings per share for the 12 months ended 30 June 2013 are expected to exceed those
reported in the comparative period, ended 30 June 2012, within the following ranges:
Measure Range Notes
DNHEPS from continuing operations 26% to 33% 1
Headline earnings per share 16% to 23% 2
Earnings per share 16% to 23% 3
Notes:
1. DNHEPS from continuing operations comprises diluted headline earnings per share
adjusted for specific non-trading items. DNHEPS is the primary measure used by
management to assess Aspen’s underlying financial performance.
2. The growth in headline earnings per share has been diluted by the effect of an
increase in the weighted average number of ordinary shares in issue as a
consequence of the conversion of 17.6 million preference shares into an equivalent
number of ordinary shares on 28 June 2012.
3. The growth in earnings per share has been diluted as a result of capital profits on the
disposal of discontinued businesses and products in the prior year and the effect of
an increase in the weighted average number of ordinary shares in issue as a
consequence of the conversion of 17.6 million preference shares into an equivalent
number of ordinary shares on 28 June 2012.
The financial results on which this trading announcement is based have not been
reviewed or reported on by Aspen`s external auditors.
Aspen`s audited results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2013 are scheduled to be
published on SENS on 11 September 2013.

I dont usually add shares to my long term portfolio when the market is so close to all time highs but I do believe Aspen will be an excellent long term hold so whenever it weakens I just add a few more.
