DAMN!!! What a set of Results... :D  :D

Very good! The offshore operations sound very promising, especially Australia, but others too. Little detail on India except that substantial growth expected, one can only assume though that if they make major inroads into India the potential will be massive.

Dividend just a whisker below my R3 projection, but a 62.2% increase anyway. The only downside to the results is that the dividend is only paid in February next year, usually is in December.

Has anyone got any idea what Wildrose Capitals bigger plan picture with Nuworld is? Hearing rumours that this is only the start

No idea. That is the only problem with this company, there is very little news flow. I do not even entirely understand their business, and invested purely on the numbers, which are very good. The results will perhaps shed some light, new territory info will be interesting.

Difficult even finding much on Wild Rose, although director involved with ENX group, hope no mergers planned with them.

Very excited for Final Results releasing next week!! Looking forward to news/figures/sales on their new territories.
They are really going places. P/E still cheap and Dividend is a Big Bonus.
One of the few retailers out there still going strong!! Results are definitely going to get buyers interested :)

I am hoping for 320c. At this rate Wildrose Capital could pay for their stake in the business with dividends received within 7 years. Incredible the benefit of buying growth at an ultra low PE ratio

What a trading update! HEPS up between 70 and 75%.

Good result. This means they added over R4 per share in second half, so growth is accelerating and would think the 6 months including Christmas would be even better. Do not really see any reason why a R3 dividend should not be possible.

It should be positive as he probably has to buy before end of August, before the closed period. So would assume he knows results are not going to disappoint. Lets hope.

I see Anthony Clarke questioning on Twitter why the Bossman buying shares after NWL doubled. Lets not forget that Clarke had a Hold on the share at R23. So grootbek but conveniently forgetting his own call. PS Clarkie, I am sitting on your ACG, SNV, ARA and SCP calls. All down heavily. And I see you cease commentary on your losers, old analyst trick.

The bossman just bought R5m stock - announcement on SENS.  I like it!

Agreed that share does still appear very undervalued if earnings over R5. It seems to get cheap just because people get bored of it due to lack of news flow etc.

Their dividend cover is 2.5x, so i am looking at a divi of ca. 260c, or a yield of 6.5%.  With their global reach, the stock can easily have a 12x PE multiple, or R80 a share in my humble opinion.  Long and enjoying the ride!

Results will be great, off a very depressed base last year when they took the loss in Australia.  I am looking at 650-700c in HEPS, and a decent dividend.  The most comparable company to them as a distributor is most likely the old Pinnacle or Alviva as its called nowadays.  From what i heard, Wildrose Capital is very active shareholders, and we are seeing it in the restructure of the balance sheet. To think that Bidvest turned down the opportunity of taking a majority stake in the business when Old Mutual wanted out!

Results will be very interesting. Have recently gone heavily into this based on the numbers alone, although I find the business itself a little difficult to understand, partly because they never say very much about it really. However, on a P/E and NAV basis as well as low debt etc, as well as the growth possibility of India etc. it sounds very good. Also hoping for a big dividend of course!

Looks like there are buyers around - final results out end October, which will be stellar. No doubt!!

Maybe some good news to come from the new territories that they entered into earlier this year:

"India / Pakistan / Sri Lanka
The company has been afforded these new territories as from
January 2017. The population is in excess of 1.5 billion
people. Sub-distributors have been appointed and initial orders
received."

Looking like a buy again, price has come off nicely to re-enter. This is one of my personal best dividend payouts, and this year its looking even better. Specially in this market. Share is EXTREMELY undervalued at the moment.
Final results are still awhile away, but I reckon its gonna be VERY good news :)
Matter of time until this one trades above R55

They really need to communicate with shareholders more often, so as to get the volumes going again. Not too concerned with 32" FHD models. Company is very undervalued, and very cheap at these levels. I've been holding for awhile now, will definitely be adding on at these levels once I get more cash. Hopefully they bring out more news about their new territories (India / Pakistan / Sri Lanka)

Happy to buy more at R35 today. Seems to be a determined seller around. Co is debt free and eps yield 20%.. Small caps in general taking a hammering. Really like Bowler Metcalf at R6.50 too, also debt free.

Same here BCF at the current level, I'm buying.

I agree, also picked up a little more @ R35
Definitely a few profit takers around. Share has done very well YTD. Once sellers are out, and company kicks out good news again. Especially more info/results on their new territories. Full year results in October could see them EASILY reach +R60 :D:D
