All commo doing ok now...Drd is much smaller scale and only taken off lately..its surface mining and linked sibanye...I only buy 10000 or 15000 then sell up 7 to 10 percent...buy it on equities not cfds...so only make 7 to10 k ..not big bucks.....just watch gold and platinum on investing.com...it is all very affected by commodity costs and world news..sibanye I find hard to guage as part pgm part gold...I find it moody....but my broker likes it for long right now..

Yea I sold out.... Watching again, if it break R26 I buy in again. I'm loving the volumes being traded.. Huge!

Interesting that SGL and PRX knocked APN and SAP out of top-40. Could invite new funds.
Suggest wait on pull-back due to Orangeman damage control, which in a single tweet will change again shortly to fulfill the prophecy of gold reaching USD 2000 / ounce.
Snippit, you are the SME on EWT. Do you think it is possible to chart on his behaviour - you may get a noble price for that; working on a scale of 1 to 10 as he gear up, add a point, when he tweets badly, it would be a divergence and vice versa?

Only thing I personally dont like sgl is I prefer if buy gold it's just gold..if impala it's just platinum palladium....these combined shares quite hard look at commodities and work out what's happening...think sgl has rhodium as well platinum...but rand weaker right now which also helps commodities...i have no interest za retailers..unless major change in za I think all battling...and beats too...doesn't leave much more to buy haha

Yea it hit upper R21 then dropped R16.50, now up to R20 again, I'm guessing it will up to R25 then drop to around R18, close gap and then towards R30.... DTD not the only one drinking green beer haha
What I do like is the trend over the past year or so.... Been on the up and volumes has been attractive... But... No clue why she's pushing up, as Polly said... Follow the cleva money

Based on last night’s closing prices:
Top40: IMP and SGL will be coming in with APN and SAP going out. We expect Prosus to stay in the index with PSG being the additional stock that falls out
Swix40: GFI, IMP and SGL will be coming in with APN, LHC and SAP going out. If Prosus stays in the index PSG will be the stock that falls out
Fini15: No changes
Indi25: TKG will be coming in with PIK going out. NTC will fall out of the index should Prosus stay in
Findi30: RNI will be coming in with APN going out. Prosus will most likely stay in the index with SPP going out
Resi10: SGL will be coming in with SAP going out.
The official announcement of the Sep19 rebal changes which will include the final SISS + FF changes will be made at the end of day on Wednesday 4th of September. The Sep19 rebal will be at the close of Friday 20th of September for effect Monday 23rd of September.
