Just a quick look at the Tencent development and projection... gonna be a significant buy setup?

  1. Trusting strangers on an anonymous chat forum can be a risky business. Even more risky than the stock market.
  2. I have tried to warn the vulnerable, being those without adequate savvy: e.g.: https://swrict.blogspot.com/2018/11/sharechat-warning.html
  3. Vultures circle hereabouts. Give them control and say goodbye to your money.

naspers price recovery today, expect at least 3 % due to strong tencent recovery and new uptick in interest aligned to analysts expectations. should see a new uptrend with December bonuses going into this share. also expect rand hedge behaviour and with yesterdays dollar strengthening and the rand losing some ground hoping for at least a 5% recovery today and a further 10-15% by the end of dec.....Yay

Thanks for posting, Shi. I was wondering why they were dropping.

The slump has widened the spread between Tencent’s share price and analysts’ price targets to an unprecedented 19 percent. Of the 40 stock watchers surveyed by Bloomberg, 98 percent maintain a buy rating on Tencent -- that’s the highest proportion ever.

“One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. Which road do I take? she asked. Where do you want to go? was his response. I don't know, Alice answered. Then, said the cat, it doesn't matter.” - Lewis Carroll

Took me a while to find the actual code which is 0700 so that I ended up with this -

enter HKG:0700 in the Compare box

I thought NPN was dropping on the MultiChoice news but now I see it's following Tencent.

Double check your link you typed 0217 instead of 2017

Here is the correct link:

Based solely on share price performance over last 5 years, it seems NPN might have some legs in it still even at current share price levels.
