Yip agreed, I looked at their financials and only thing that can save them is disposals. Not gonna touch it for now. I think it might even go to below 50 cents in the next few months.

Breaking news.. Life ceo jumps ship after two years. Analyst friend says be very cautious here as exit was planned. Deals with trillion related consulting group and exhorbitant payments to be investigated... Caution not sure of any facts... May all be speculation....

(Bloomberg) –NMC Health Plc shares tumbled the most on record after the hospital operator became the latest target of short seller Carson Block’s Muddy Waters Capital LLC.
The health-care company’s financial statements hint at potential overpayment for assets, inflated cash balances and understated debt, according to a report on Muddy Waters’s website. Shares of NMC Health fell 32% Tuesday in London, wiping out about 1.8 billion pounds ($2.4 billion) in market value. Company representatives declined to comment

Wonder which sa hospital group will come under similar scrutiny

Expect discovery to come under short term pressure with changes in medical aid rules affecting employer based products and low cost keycare according to news reports. Potentially may also lose out on life and diaability as some cross selling and certainly lose on on underwriting profits and some transactional revenues. Expect that to be small but may be a sign of what an nhi impact could be.... Or potentially an Incremental impact as gov tries to make private models unsustainable

I think aspen is a really good long term buy, their product line will be good in any environment including nhi, and they are currently discounted due to debt, also quite a cheap target for pharma m&a.
