If foreign money (QE money) stops flowing into SA's bond market, we are going to be in world of hurt.
South Africa is already in a recession.

IMO
We are going to take a beating with the tapering of QE.
My target is...... wait for it........
+- 32 000 futures price.

well done.
that giant H&S seems to be playing out nicely on the 3HR chart...and I see more downside!
I caved in like a hot marshmallow! Took a 700 odd pip profit on my shorts . All my senses (in spite of the charts) say that the top40 been counter world trend past couple days and right now all looks green in Obamaland???
Will short any significant bounce again.

Only going to lose money if you jump in and out of this market now!
Trend is down and good money to be made staying short...after this correction a rally of a lifetime is coming...make sure you have money to trade it!

21 is crossing the 200 down on the 30min timeframe...that usually goes with a relief bounce for the bulls and would make sense come the jobs tomorrow!
I'm keeping my shorts though and will sell into any rally!
Thanks for the compliment S!

I find trading like body surfing, catch the right one and you will make it all the way to the beach.

Europe and US are up.
Bank your profits.
It's time to sit out and wait for US open.
I will sell the next rally up in US markets. I just need one more push up during open.
Short:
Dow target 16 000
Dax target 9000
FTSE target 9500
As for SA40, have no idea. Its a secondary market.
Just do what Argento is doing.
Lets see how high inflation and weak ZAR play out in stocks.
SA consumer will feel the power of the dollar
I wonder at what point Gill Marcus will have her back against the wall and will have to hike rates. The way prices increase now....

I don't see us going up to 41600 anytime soon. I am just basing that on... well... my inexperience and charting ability Don't even know if we'll shoot through 41300 again, might go and test it yes.
Anyhow, time and the charts will tell!
i know this wont make a difference anymore, but it could not even break 200 (fut) so there is only one way to go

Thanks A. Like I said it's a sanity check and probably a look at other factors.

What charts? Mine still point pretty much down... The fun is only starting it seems.
Well, I suppose it depends which side of the fence you are if we talk about "fun".
I'm talking short term charts. 30min, 1h.
I think we might see a green day. Not saying bulls are gonna take over again, but is it possible for a reversal back up considering other factors and not only charts? Trends have to be broken at some stage?
My main concern is the other factors and not charts
