I've just about had it with DSY... Getting real impatient here, so maybe it will bite me in the a$$ later on, but if it doesn't move today I am getting out.

be patient. adjust your stop as it rises but dont sell due to impatience.

you need to beat the market and if you are in a share that is rising/due to rise due to technicals then hold with a strict stop.

i have sold many a time due to impatience and have lost out on good gains.

i will consider selling based on a "time" stop but in a bull market and with good technicals its just silly!!

Definately the rights issue that pushed it back up again.
Strange tho, as you say, cause there is no price made public yet

yes, my guess as well is there's big interest in rights offer..from what i read you in around 15.00, nice price :) for long term holding/portfolio

Same thing happened when the share traded up almost 5% a day or two before the announcement that the penalty/fine was reduced to R20m or something. Makes you wonder....

The thing that makes me wonder is if they had any power over the order that the sens came out? Surely!? Results bombed it and rights brought it back...

you have to wonder where all the buyers came from? perhaps there's something that we don't know.  i mean... posting a loss of 90% in earnings

and the share price is up?  this has probably got to do with the rights issue.  yet there is no price on that yet.

Could have made a lot of money on ABL in just one day! Hectic reversal.
I got into ABL at R14.50, then picked up more at R15.00 a few weeks ago.
I reckon she will stabilize again in upper 16 to lower 17

its a high risk trade but with good upside potential. in @17.50, no stop loss waiting on bottom to average down ;)

Sitting in the same position. in @17.37

sorry..forgot to add my TP was 510...this has now become my stop :)

So im guessing you dont have a new TP in mind, just riding it up with trailing stops until it gets triggered?

could still see high volatility 500-515  if your TP is higher end 520.00+ and your outlook longer than a month it's a safe call to remain open, just follow it with trailing stops after 516

Abil is holding quite well.  A lot of the bad news is priced in.

its a high risk trade but with good upside potential. in @17.50, no stop loss waiting on bottom to average down ;)
