Hi Guys

 

Silly question. Is there a place or way that I can get or export a list of the opening and closing prices of all the shares on the JSE? 

You can use google doc excel, there are formulas you can use to get the share prices into google docs,  and you can use it there or just copy it out.

So then you will just need to the symbols for all shares on the JSE, just to remember to add "JSE:" in front of all the shares so bil would be JSE:BIL.

Looks like trading is suspended for now at 7150...

With the price 1600 down thus far the peeps holding longs for Brait will be down by their margin any moment now...eish

So with the SENS of Brait regarding the disposal of 37% interest in Pepkor to Steinhoff, SHF up 2% and BAT down 16%...surely SHF should go more than that?

 

Or on the flip side Brait not that much down?

sorry to hear Rookie16..for what its worth i can relate to your frustrations(think most traders do and those that claim otherwise are bullsh#tting) 

hoping things get better, if there's anything i could assist with..ie: giving a diff perspective/trading strategy etc you welcome to inbox me or post here on forum to get constructive feedback from members.

whoever is long in SHF just be careful for the ascending wedge. it might break today or next week and fall. hopefully it reaches 5800 so I can short it to 5200  with a tight SL of 5850.
