SENS out today saying Darwin have asked to convert another GBP450,000 to shares.

If I understand this correctly they now are rather large holders of scrip now...!

Should they try another shorting exercise surely  it's not in their interests... na..? 

So I is gonna start to nibble in the early c40's.

They have VERY decent assets so much more NAV than the share price reflects.

I believe it will turn but not any time soon unfortunately.

Darwin building another short position....

 

As of 5th Feb short stands at 1.7% 

 

Still not prepared to average down while these shennanigans are ongoing.

Well according to today's SENS Darwin have converted 1/4 of their loan notes for roughly 24.6mil shares @ .o183 pence = 450,000 sterling

Lets hope it gets used very wisely indeed this time round so we don't need another draw down.

UK erased all yesterdays gains down 14.5% today. EISH...!

 

Now what's to stop Darwin selling their newly acquired scrip & the whole sorry saga starts all over again.....

Hey Luke

1 thing that I have done & urge all others that hold to do also is place your whole holding on offer at a price of say R3. Plus place it on the furthest expiry date that your platform will allow. This I have learnt disqualifies your holdings from being shorted as your broker can't "borrow" them out with a valid sell order open.

If you have a target price in mind (mine was R5) from when you bought in you will remember the potential JBL "HAD" but that's another story altogether.

Shuks...and I had my finger on the sell button if it dropped below R1.00

 

Bought lots around R1.5 to R1.10 and averaged down nicely to R1.25!!

 

Im smiling now! big time.. Wont sell until it reaches at least R3.00 in maybe 2 years at least!!

Do you still think R3.00 is possible with JBL at the 50c levels now?
