Why is earnings up 36% and HEPS only 10%?

Opinions about this one from the members? Relatively new company so could understand the current prices given the unlending situation at the moment etc, but had a look at the last financials - seems quite good actually, with solid management and with the current price I'm really tempted to get a few.. opinions?
