The daily chart is given an alternate count which is more aware of alternation. The Primary wave [3] now has a transition to extension with the 1st half being an expanding leading diagonal with wave (3) being smallest. So now there is scant impediment to a bullish continuation.

Next chart is the daily. We have (4) = 1.62 (2) and a divergence of the RSI which is in oversold space. Then an exact alignment with the end of the lower order 4th wave throws itself into the mix. But can the market Gods overpower these omens and prevent the trend change? Place your bets.

Returning to the daily chart the Primary wave [2] has opted for the higher degree 5-3-5 pattern. In the previous chart the expectation of the upturn caused blinkers to the ABC form of the assumed 1st Minor wave. While the RSI scrapes the lows a 3 point alignment of the price action lows occurs as the 0.618 Primary retrace is breached. The C-leg of [2] is now at a price ratio of 0.5 of the A-leg and tomorrow is the last trading day of April. A turn here is thereby indicated even stronger than before. Nonetheless this retrace is not complete until it confirms and equal legs for the pattern points to a price of 90.

Naspers has been in a Cycle degree correction for just over a year. This process has produced a 3rd or C-wave that is 0.62 of the 1st or A-wave. The retrace is also close to the 0.62 ratio of the first Cycle and it has achieved a divergence with the RSI in very oversold territory. These indications point to a turn into the 3rd Cycle coming quite soon.

The daily chart for the J258 resources index arrives at equal legs for the 5-3-5 extended Intermediate wave (3). Despite the extension format of wave (3) it is very close to being price equal to (1) but slightly larger. This enables (5) to be any size even if (3) ends here which the divergence of the RSI is also suggesting.
