Does anyone have an idea of the outstanding debt per share against the funded option, and do you believe the dividends will be sufficient to cover the outstanding debt until the lock-in period elapses?

I don't know much about the Inzalo scheme but do remember that there is an empowerment period which expires sometime in 2018.
You may sell some or all of your shares between now and then but only to a black person.
I suggest that you contact the company share secretary who will give you the low down.
Trading by emotion and/or expectation is a pocket emptying certainty.
