Will be out after Hong Kong close...around 10h30 our time. Herewith the expectations for today:

R750 target later this year, not in the next week or so. But the top is in with that island reversal top imho. Technically the trend is down. She's been a darling and will be for a long time but I will only short the rallies.

 

Remember the time when just about 90% of short traders got nailed for calling the top?

Don't try and pick the bottom either.

 

I think a lot of smaller investors feel "the counter was way north of R1000, it will get back there soon".

Just my gut feel (and the charts telling me a probable outcome).

 

PS The comeback today in HK was on lower than average volumes. For the last 5 months most rallies were on 120-200% of daily average volume. Just another thing I look at.

Well, my tencents worth on Tencent is it is trading 1% up in New York right now with another three hours to trade, so lets see what Hong Kong brings in the morning.

New York doesn't matter...NY just follows Hong Kong as that is where the primary listing is, where all the liquidity is and where the price is made...but I take it you knew that...
