I just checked all 3 mentioned in that article. CCO has by far the most consistant gains and it's chart is almost a duplicate of CML's.

Must watch it for a dip. Looking to replace my MTA.

Delta. Look at the 1Y chart with the BB overlay and you will see that you bought CML in the short term overbought area. Not to worry as it should hit 100 by year end.

Orca, look at ITU graph from 2009.  CCO seems a better punt(depending on your analysis of consistent performance) from a entry point perspective current price is expensive.  i have a very small amount in and won't be adding more until they breach +R60..i only "add" nowadays when my buffer is at min +40% or there's positive news/reports that will have impact on share price

side note..added more CML when she broke 65 ;)

Thanks. Must look into INTU as well. So high PE ratios are normal for property stocks due to the high asset values.

All to do with the pound moving from R12.00 to R15.50 last few years and interest rates falling since the credit crisis debacle..

Why is this property stock doing so well? They only have property in the UK. This is the 2'nd best performing stock on the JSE after CML. The long term chart is very similar to CML. The only diffs is the PE. It has  PE of 250 +-  compared to CML's 22.

The directors are still buying shares in their own Co.

Geez. At this PE I would sell and not buy. Am I missing something?

Hi Orca,

This might be worth a read. "“....But in the UK universe, Intu and CapCo have more of a NAV focus"
