Hi guys,<br /><br />Please help me here.<br />Saw this on moneyweb<br />"A strong development pipeline and diversification strategy in Africa and international markets buoyed Attacq to report an increase in its net asset value per share of 24% to R14.77 for the year ended June 2013."<br /><br />Share price is at R20.<br />Does this mean that the share is over-valued?

Further to sugafoot's question, I've been trying to find a method/tutorial on how to find fair value of a listed property fund. I've found some calculators to calculate value of property but this is not valid especially for Attacq who don't pay dividends. I am very familiar with Waterfall area and am a huge fan of the development. I'd love to jumo into ATT but would like to get a feel of what I believe it's worth first.

Does anyone have any material which shows how to find fair value of a listed property fund? If so, please share

Confirmed speculation that Coronation does in fact have a finger in the pie...

TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES

In compliance with section 122(3)(B) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(B) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Attacq has
received notification from Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (“Coronation”) of the acquisition by
Coronation (on behalf of its clients) of Attacq shares, such that Coronation’s total beneficial interest
in Attacq is now 15.36% of Attacq’s issued shares.
