Yeah, we all know the Greg Blank story, and I reckon all the haters are the ones that lost money in it - but thats not what im referring to at all. Like I said before, I do not own it. I am interested, but only once I start seeing results and if this Acquisition will be a success - which Im sure it will. SCL has taken a beating and given a bad rep. This one can either go down or go up +500%, time will tell. Im positive on it, watching and waiting...

If you are so convinced of the +500% and you are not in yet, maybe it is time to get in!

I think people are put of at the moment because of the pending rights issue as that would require them to put more cash into sacoil to pay in part for the acquisition.

Why are us part-time investors such gluttons for punishment? Sacoil is a piece of rubbish, ramped up to 300c by a crooked Greg Blank. And yet we want to own it!? Nicht verstahn.

I heard some monster deals going forward.  The P.I.C have jacked this one up properly and are dedicated to turning SCL into a major oil and gas company.  They will deliver to their shareholders in time to come.  SCL has taken enough abuse from the market.

I'm sure people are annoyed by this one. Been going nowhere slowly. FYI - I do not own it, so not trying to ramp it up. Am I interested? yes I am, but only once real results start to show. I think this acquisition is the best thing for them, they sitting with a lot of Cash, have no debt atm - So getting a legit finance deal for this move will be a breeze. This acquisition will definitely increase SCL's revenues significantly - purchasing a large stake in Afric Oil, therefore growing their footprint into other areas. Im positive on this one

Time will tell I guess... Revenue stream is surely going to pick up and in my opinion the share can only go up from here. They just need to build that trust again and produce solid results, which I'm sure will materialize after this acquisition

They're looking for more oil producing acquisitions. Recent performance is due to positive feedback at AGM - going concern issues have been resolved. Strong cash position.

Thanks for the update Tetonka!

no, just no. Leave this. its not worth it

Would be better if you could substantiate that statement.

I get that the share is not a strong share etc. But think about the upside of if they had to get oil out etc etc?
I don't see Tito Mboweni putting his name on a company that is going down?

Mr SA, if Tito was given those shares for next to nothing, do you think he'd still put his name on the company?

Tito Mboweni gladly put his name all over SA inc. Would you say we are better now than then......?

He's moving into the vacuum left by Cyril Ramaphosa.
