No other holdings, all eggs in one large basket.

Took considerable profits on Sasol, Redefine International, MTN + Vodacom and disposed of non flyers CML, CFR. BHP + Kumba (just scraped even) and jumped in boots and all to these two sweethearts.

Nice going Merlin. Do you mind sharing your other holdings?

Rockcastle buy 2014-07-18 @ 1700 =  2475 @ 2015-01-02

Neppi buy 2014-07-18 @ 9500 = 11420 @ 2015-01-02

Big satisfied smile and good nights sleep

Rockcastle shall move from the AltX to the JSE main board tomorrow, so expect a bit of rocket propulsion thereafter.

Attempted to increase my holdings @ 22.16 for 20k, but missed the bus - closed at 22.50

I bought at 17.00 middle July this year, so similarly ecstatic Hooligan.

Makes up 33% of my portfolio.

And I love it.

Both ROC and NEPI up 15% in 5 months and counting

Sold off MTN and bought another 100k of Rockcastle - it generated a buy signal some weeks back which is not to be ignored.

I sold off my Richemont which refused to go anywhere so reallocated the capital to best favour my looming retirement.

Casual couple hundred k, haha nice Merlin

ROC up 20% NEP up 13% in 6 weeks plus 2.5% div from ROC = most satisfied

Yup, nice, but don't forget about RES which has decent holdings of both ROC and NEP, plus 5% div. on price I bought 12/08 (6493).

Price now 7328, that is 12.85% (excl. brokerage) in just over 3 weeks, plus I got 168,35 cps div.

I bought another 100k of Rockcastle two days ago paying 2025 (2075 presently), I like this stock it shall do good.

Yeah, same mistake from my side.

Was hoping to top up at 17 the other day...that ship has sailed.

This thing is tighly held - we might see a small retracement post divi end of this month...but that's doubtful.

After all this recent hype, its on the radar of some bigger players now so every small dip would be bought...vigorously.

Also tried the wait on these and it did not work, jumped on the bus and a happy camper so far - +7% on NEP and + 17% on ROC (almost 4% today alone), so buy a ticket and board Sir

Been looking to enter one of these (and RES) for the last week or two and just not finding a clear opportunity to pull the trigger.

I've been in CCO because of UK prop and GBP exposure but these 3 property shares seem much better placed for some more foreign exposure.

Waiting for a pull back. Profit takers will come forward soon. Patience...

Well if it is good enough for 19 bar of De Lange's money, it is good enough for our two cents that is for sure, waiting for bloomin CFR to move so I may take profits and buy about 380k of ROC
