Cell C seems to be on the right track wrt roaming agreement. This was the precursor to the recapitalization. So the only question is what Blue's stake will be diluted to (currently 45%). The core business is on a PE of 3x. I am buying.

Hi Midas.
I'm agnostic to be honest I just marvel at the story unfolding here is all...
Up 8% today but not great volume for such an anticipated event....
Did own them at one stage many moons ago but sold out cos of their struggling Mexican unit.
Maybe someone lurking is a genius on them...Please come forward...
Anyone need a heads up...!

Nearly 11mil traded so far today in Blue.....3.5mil in Telkom....(not sure of daily volumes in Telkom)
If the smart Levy Bros can't turn it around how will Telkom do it or another taxpayer bottomless pit in the making...!
Anyone need a heads up...!

Why would they buy Cell C in the first place...? Total shareholder destruction even if Cell C collapsed the users would automatically migrate to the big 2 & there'd be little to no loss of revenue to Blue. They thought they could save it & they can't...! As for the roaming agreement which is a supposedly game changer why would MTN give them any kind of favourable terms to compete against them....?Just drag it out & watch them collapse...Already they've moved the Cell C existing debt as only possibly recoverable...So why throw good money after bad....Lastly Johnathan Beare didn't become a billionaire backing lame horses so beware on that front also...
Anyone need a heads up...!
