Hi guys

 

I've recently done a bit of a review of every single share (excluding ETF's) currently listed on the JSE (that is not suspended), just to see if anything pops out that I haven't heard of.

 

One that looked very interesting to me was Visual International. 

 

Does anyone know anything about this listed company?

 

They seem to be placed in a great position as far as residential property goes. Cheap houses (sale & rental). Security estates with proven technology. Low costs. Good yield. PE of about 3. 

 

I have a good feeling about this company. 

 

If anyone has any thoughts on them, please do post.
