I don't see any reason why the price is down today. People taking profits only explanation.

Plus intraday traders
Short term moves shall not question long term trend
And this one is up, except if of course liquidation application would be granted. I believe it is very unlikely as SNH is not any longer insolvent.
Furthermore, I also believe there is too much at stake if liquidated (jobs losses, pension funds write off, impact on listed companies where SNH is a significant shareholder, PIC and else)

I will not fall for this short term trading of the share. SnH is now well on its way to recovery we just need to be patient. The global settlement is done deal. NOW RESTRUCTURING OF DEBT ....GET UNQUALIFIED AUDITS BACK TO NORMAL

So in other words?. 

Few understand what is happening here in this court case including myself. Looks like the Germans does not understand these intricacies either.. I note current Frankfurt price is R301 dropping significantly...Maybe profit taking? 

in other words, by denying the application to suspend  she grants it in a roundabout way. SNH appeals her s18(1) decision wrt the jurisdiciton question and triggers s18(4) which suspends that decision

She gives them what they want plus an urgent court date by not giving them what they want. 3d chess

I am very sure they have already started negotiating on this and step 3 will be resolved a lot quicker than step 2 

For me step 3 is nearly done. Only left is to list MF and Greenlit and restructure the debt.

Why didn’t TT apply for the liquidation from the beginning one might ask.

I personally would like to see the TT case take the full course so we can get to the bottom of the discussion in Hermanus braais!!!

I agree, when SNH was facing Eur 12 bil claims everyone was happy holding SNH share now that is settled and only one last claim for Eur 110 mil and lots of panic!!!

Makes no sense for me!!! The worst outcome SNH needs to pay back the money and take back all the shares issued to TT.

My take is Mr. Tekkie (their new business) is not very successful so the TT old boys in pain!!!

Getting used to the modalities of the forum
New on the platform but reasonably old shareholder into SNH and strongly believing into it
Why? Because this company since the accounting scandal has just done it right on the way to recovery
And all the basics and fundamentals are looking healthy
So, as we say South Africa is not for Sissi, same is for being an investor in SNH. Rollercoaster, stomach butterflies and rapid heartbeat is part of the game. But hey, big risks, big rewards at the end of the tunnel
I personally hold on to it very tightly and I am a firm believer of the positive outcome overtime
