So Tekkie Town previous majority owners wants ownership back of Tekkie Town ? Thats why they are requesting the liquidation right?

Because Steinhoff holds majority now and if liquidated doesn’t steinhoff decide to whom they want to sell the majority shareholding of Tekkie Town 2?

Meaning Tekkie Town might not even regain control in the majority stake… as Steinhoff can sell it to whom they want to sell it 2.

I might be wrong here but I don't think that it was not confirmed in writing at 75% so that always makes me act cautiously.

This share is fraught with hypotheticals and what ifs. But, now that I see PIC article it confirms one of my biggest ‘sleep better at night’ thoughts.

What judge is going to liquidate a company PIC is so heavily invested in.

Yes, they get this far only to be liquidated ?

Also it would be unethical to liquidate if theres no reason to - the thousands upon thousands of jobs lost etc.

This is amazing news! I think the GS is in the bag now if the TT court case is won.

The court case being heard is disappointing as it delays things further.
