This is amazing news! I think the GS is in the bag now if the TT court case is won.

The court case being heard is disappointing as it delays things further.

Yes, there you go!!!...Will Judge Slinger really liquidate Steinhoff when 75% of the claimants in the S155 proposal is happy with the settlement  offered by Steinhoff?

In my opinion, there is no proof for a final liquidation, but a huge drop in share value and a legal tug-of-war are imminent. For the next few days keep your eyes on the financial screens, SENS and your finger on the timney....

Correct, just  another twist in the tail and we have had many twists and turns since 2017.
One thing is for sure.... If you panic now and exit  you are going to lose:
My advice is ..relax people... because I really doubt whether Judge Slinger would ever  initiate  liquidation proceedings against Steinhoff. There is just too much at stake here.
I strongly believe that it will never happen that is why I  am keeping my shares.

I agree I just wounder how many people lost out today. Some how its forgoted that todays meetings were successfull and GS one step closer. Taking also note CW also supporting. Haha I am going for double whiskey with lots of green beer!

Extremely close to my first target at 380 (JSE) and .2470 (FWB). I’d be surprised if it rips through on the first attempt.

Trying to buy or sell SNH comes up as “market closed” on my platform? Is it due to high volumes maybe?

I see it is now available to trade? Could just be my platform having issues.

SNH tried to put a stop to TT application. Court ruled that SNH couldn’t put a stop to it and the case will continue.
