Buy based on your strategy and risk tolerance. Set a price and buy. Set price upon desire... If you willing to wait and expect share to trade sidewards set price at current buy level... Could set it at average variance for the day.. 0.5%...or go in at much less. As it is an auction may get lucky... Today I would buy at 278

I agree IN this is on up and just hope i get opportunity to buy 100000 more at 2.50...and ill then keep the 200000 shares way into 2019 then decide longer or not...i think this opportunity that wont come around often..im waiting after pwc report
