Brexit fears overdone- could a case not be made for complete anhilation of the EU and the big 4 economies standing whilst the debt laden smaller ones shrivelling....think about the growth opportunity, property purchase opportunity- trade relationships will be reconfigured but not relinquashed. brexit is as good as a war or plague- creating disruption for growth and reinvestment. anxiety is over done. time to buy good valued shares- UK property and sterling. Now is the time to get into the market for a bull run- china seems more stable....

With CCO, is it not justified? Their properties are in England, as far as I know.
Markets had priced in a remain. Such drops must then be expected and welcomed. CCO may yet drop further, I fear. So too should Brait (companies with a fair to large exposure in the UK)

Markets certainly did not price in a remain fully.. If you look at a chart of the price since the announcement of a referendum, the pre-vote price was still significantly down. It may indeed drop further, especially since there's much uncertainty regarding the way forward post the brexit. There's a lot of speculation regarding all this, and many of the pro brexit voters have indicated they regret their decision and demand a re-vote... Further supported by the weather conditions on voting day. I think it's all too uncertain to make a call which way this share will move in the short term.. But from a longer term perspective, this is definitely a buying opportunity.

Yes seen the wescoal sp dropping today but it has been since their last earnings announcement. Makes no sense why it has been dropping so jumping in now may be a brexit only play. Other than that it would be pure gambling for me.

With the market madness - clearly an over reaction?

CCO - down 20%?
