Beg to differ there on the AG note,

" As of quarter end Orbis Allan Gray Ltd had disposed of a total of 98,783 shares trimming its position 1.1%. "[/size]

Happier, not happy! I emailed the IR dude, he confirmed that AG was more relaxed with big bad Serge gone. The stock is ticking up on the Nasdaq, where the price gets made (Google UEPS or check in Google Finance), trading at USD 9.8

The news must be at its worse now, I hope. Bought a couple more. With badboy Serge going, and Alan Gray a happier shareholder, and the SASSA contract coming to an end, things can hopefully start improving

Doubled my position at R140, still 50% of my order to be completed.  In a year's time the SASSA contract and the continuous negative press will be something of the past.  Nobody is investing in NT1 for the SASSA contract, but for the global expansion of this business.  And Alan Gray will not sell 1 share - they are seeing exactly the same that i am on a 12 month view.

Quarterly update out soon on the NASDAQ.

Is it time to start buying NT1 shares? My gutfeel says yes.

1. CPS is only 1 of their investment legs - they are operational in a number of countries

2. They took a major stake in an unlisted Indian online mobile operation last year, accessing a market 20x the size of South Africa. This operation can eventually be listed

3. They took a stake in Frick Bank, moving into mainland Europe

4. The IFC took a 15% stake in UEPS last year, their biggest investment ever into a listed company

5. The share is trading at a PE of 7x, mainly as a result of the negativity around the incompetent SASSA

Business of similar operations trading at 15-30x PE ratios, think i will take 25% of what i want at R160,
