This deal is not conventional it won't be structured in the traditional sense my opinion is this will be under the table. This was the whole point of the deal to make the president Atul Gupta richer than life.

You have a valid thought process. It could be. It depends how the deal is structured. If I remember correctly there was some part of the deal that we would end up borrowing the funds from Rosatom. I'm unsure if we would have needed all the funds from an IMF type Developmental bank of some country institution.

 

We also have to keep in mind this is only Standard and Poor's rating. There are still two others that we are "waiting" on.

 

Poor is the new standard ......

Now that junk status is official,  will this make it more difficult to get loans to do the Nuclear deal

Could this be a silver lining
