3 different resolutions to approve or not...ive said dont agree..something could still go wrong on deal and think shareholders even if minority should show their feelings and not roll over..IMO

Guys dont even waste your time and effort trying to vote...They already have the 75% required to do the deal...

Done deal....you will be paid 1c finish and klaar...nothing else you can do...

Have just had the following reply as confirmation therefore will hold my shares and see what happens, have a feeling this deal wont go through and if the case and another buy could be very good..either way shareholders have at lease 1 c in the share so nothing to loose at this stage..........they said "

Yes, that is correct. In the event that the proposed sale to Polanofield is implemented, the company will be delisted and shareholders (who have not sold their shares prior to the respective date) will be paid an amount of 1c per share by Polanofield, who will then acquire all shares.

Response from Dawn today---My question to sharechat -Can anyone advise if the buyout takes place and company is delisted will the new owners have to buy my shares at 1 c a share or must I transact whilst they are still on the JSE....?   The buyout still isn't a done deal.

  1. Can I object to the purchase at .01 c a share and if so please send me a document to object and where to email it to. There is no prescribed document to be sent but it is imperative that that you should strictly adhere to the requirements of Section 164 of the Companies Act. It is advised that you obtain independent legal advice to ensure compliance in this regard.

  1. If the sale goes through at .01 c a share and the shares are de listed from the JSE, may I have the option to keep my shares in Dawn even though it is no longer listed. Again how would I proceed. No, if the sale does go through there will be no option to keep the shares. Should the sale be implemented it will bind all shareholders, regardless how they voted.
