Who is still invested here? And if so, what are your thoughts. Can't seem to make up mind with what to do.
Does anyone have any positive news re REB

The total share number of rebosis A is 63 Million. There was a sense that Moti has purchased around 54% of the total shares. So I think he is still buying more and no one is selling at the moment. Thus the increase.

Buying this share around 58 cents and then selling out at 130 cents in just two working days feels good. But when you see where it is today I want to cry haha. It just hit 245 cents

A profit is a profit. What is behind the increase? Looks like a pump and dump.

“One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. Which road do I take? she asked. Where do you want to go? was his response. I don't know, Alice answered. Then, said the cat, it doesn't matter.” - Lewis Carroll

Anyone still invested here?

Wonder why REB A shares are so cheap.

Mr Moti holding 54% of Reb A shares. Wonder what he intends to do with these???

Anyone any ideas on this one?

INTU and REBOSIS are under huge pressure. Wonder if it will go even lower?

Online shopping and Brexit is putting a lot of pressure on INTU and repaying debt without being able to increase rent.  IMHO will still go south.  Don't know enough about REBOSIS.

reb b shares seems priced for no dividend at all now.....surely surely at 60c offers a good entry!!

This is the problem with a and b shares i suppose.....staying out

one gets the divi first , other the left overs

Polly, one question. In the latest HJ results they said B Holders are getting between 22 and 24 cents a share. At current market price that would be a lekker dividend of 25%. Why is it still falling? Sometimes I really don't understand the market haha.

I'm not invested here just want to understand if I'm missing something.

Any idea why this share is sitting at 1,5?

same story as delta...waiting for leases to be signed....but these guys have shopping centres as well.....

but trhe A shares get the fixed divi first...REB( B shares) thereafter so this is the risk of a falling profits!!

went big into other 3 being  textron , liberty 2 degrees and delta

tex average cost R4.70 , l2d R7.40 and delta  R5.00

continue to add on dips like today for delta

seems these reits are very unfavorable with these markets at current times....maybe because of the whole property sector being in disarray together with increase in interest rates

in for long term so returns of over 15% worth the risk

I was in one of their office buildings in Joburg recently (labour court) and left a lot to be desired..

They're exiting office building and concentrating on shopping malls
