It seems I got my sums wrong. I thought the money to Cenpower $122mill. G5 has been quite good when it comes to playing contract, if the same team, then Cenpower must be ready for a tough fight.

Thanks Polly, I been watching this share couple months back... Was around R1. 75, dropped all the way to +20c and happy I did not buy... Today's sens is telling. Will keep close eye on the volumes. Thanks

Thanks Andi&Leo. Guess market only catching up now then to the sale. Have it on good word the the Kpone customer might have done an over kill on the claims,plant basically done only commissioning outstanding and affected by quality of fuel provided by customers and G5 have claims of their own but dont know the number. Lets wait and see how this plays out.

No news on the claims, jump comes from the sale of a big business part for a good price. Look at latest SENS

Do you guys know whats cooking at Group Five ? Decent leaps in share price in these past few days. Are there news on their claim disputes?

Group Five having financial tsumanis coming its way. Week after week,55% down this morning

Andi and Leo I think also after losing on the ruling, rights issue are on the table. Having seen how that went with AEG the market very cautious. A bit of a bounce back this morning...lets see how they plan to boost liquidity in light of this....cap in hand to shareholders

Any ideas why the share price is getting pushed to these low limits? The 63 million fine they need to pay is nothing compared to their balance sheet. Overreaction or are they in serious trouble? Any ideas?
