Lionel you must have had a very good entry point on this one! I envy the guys who have bought at 40c. Average cost is at 1.18 still a long way to go before I get excited.
Yes... As soon as I saw that sens about meger off the table I bought in at 40c, sold out at 70c, bought in again at 63c and now waiting.... I will exit of drops to 60c but I reckon we shud see atleast R1 in comming weeks

True, their conference call last week did talk of doing a rights issue, or even not paying dividends (which is against being a REIT). Liquidity is their issue right now. Thus (together with general market weakness), I'm looking to bail soon - good profit already.
or consider private equity offers...what price do u plan on bailing?

True, their conference call last week did talk of doing a rights issue, or even not paying dividends (which is against being a REIT). Liquidity is their issue right now. Thus (together with general market weakness), I'm looking to bail soon - good profit already.
