I agree the focus of Ascendis has become a fight between shareholders and management. When last did someone actually look at the company for what it is. I for one am interested to see if all this noise has negatively effected the H1 results.

I suspect staff management and teams wanting to jump ship. Locked in with retention bonuses.H1 may be a complete shocker and write off. Cfo is acting ceo and may be too busy with holdings and lender transaction.
Fortunately each of the business has their own mds amd fds. H1 is a concern. Lender sens due and trading update in feb

Yeah its dragging out and the tin keeps getting kicked down the road.. I am lucky to be in the green still..... Last sens insinuated sale of whatever non core assets means and surpluss cash to run the remaining assets... not sure what will be left... this deal will be presented anytime in next few days.... so i will await this.. if the can is kicked further down i am out... next set of results will be after deal is cut... so hoping for a fair deal pr fairish and a small pump to get out... to much opportunity cost on this one...

Can you just imagine the employees (irrespective of position held in the company - excluding the so called "management") morale working for this company. If their morale is low so too will be there performance as you will not even be sure if you will have job by the end of each month. Cannot be good for anyone....

As much as I want to believe in this story of hope and change, I am slowly losing faith in this one and really considering just taking the loss and move on.

We will send out full comms later but the following challenges are at hand which we will sort out including workaround options for admin headaches. ASC team meeting high level

1. We not happy as a team. Asc situation is not pleasant and the debt quantum; spending behaviour of previous board and exec; agm debarcle; costs of placement etc erodes shareholder value. Money we don't have.

2. We want full disclosure on relationships between Gary and Apex and Apex involvement already before the 29th.

3. Voting pool expires and needs to be redone. And Harry is also locked in by lenders in closed period. We will provide a solution this week.

4. Lack of governance and deal oversight. Harry we trust but alone he cannot outvote the board. The complete lack of disregard for my request now is a No Go. If this is not finalised today we have to consider this is a hung board which will act not in shareholders best interest.

Andi, are you still in this share? Please do share your thoughts. I am still in with around 150k shares, managed to flog some at B/E a few weeks ago, now just waiting to break even again. I am a bit sick of this roller coaster ride to be honest.
