Seems to be large in private (residential) property development. With increase in inflation and expected rates, house sales typically drops. Less sales less proffit. Interesting long term decrease in price but increase during hard covid. My take atleast.Anyone eyeing this stock? Great results with half their market cap in cash? But no price movements.. missing something?
