It says very little

It relates to a period when copper price was half of what it is now. If the update gave exact copper selling price and current debt levels it would spark more reaction.

The CRC write off is no surprise. They have legal action pending which could also spark action form market.

I was expecting worse. Their ability to make profit is sign of low cost of Ruashi

From what I've gathered in the forum, there could be some more downside here. Broken support which may become the new resistance and MACD could drop below into oversold after today.

Anyone got any ideas why mtx is getting hammered so badly.

Surely this one should be a buy at these levels.

Agree that the price must be interesting for buying (I only hold a few and will not buy more).
The drop should not be due to the strike story....
I was actually quite relieved to see that these guys are really taking something out of the ground! Twisted Evil

the big question remains whether the bigger countries will start growing again by the time china stops buying on such a massive scale (in many commodities china have already stockpiled enough for a while). I reckon copper is going to slide..

Ladies and gents

First post, been a lurker for far too long, but I figured something useful regarding the prices etc. I have set up a dynamic google document which is published every 5 minutes with relevant information on key commodities (LME and NY/COMEX), exchange rates, freight indicies, world markets. precious metals and energy prices. Not perfect, but a really nice "live to a certain extent" tool that I find extremely useful.

Hope you find it useful too...

It is located here:
