Yup did the same thing! Managed to average mine down to R0.79. Sold a third at R0.81, thinking I would at least be able to break even on some of it. Laughing Now I'm itching to sell the rest.

Hmm - Sold about 5% of my PAN yesterday - with decent gain Very Happy - before INVESTEC's sense came out Sad . It sparked a lot of intrest. Think this BABE's going to reach 110 soon Twisted Evil

Still kicking myself!
Don't think I'm going to be buy more though. This one has a tendancy of dropping like a brick. Might find the Investec purchase will stabilise things.

Time to look at re-entering....?
Difficult to tell when the real BIG move (in gold stocks) may come though.
But it surely is on the cards!

Target, Bulletjie?
Short term R1.20/R1.30?
I am still holding from R1.10 down and then bought some more around 65c
Will sell 50% at R1.25. Just a matter of how long to wait still.... Twisted Evil

Hi

Just a question.

R/$ Early september R7,45
R/$ Mid Novemember R7,50

Gold Early september 1010
Gold Mid November 1143

7.45 x 1010 = 7524.5
7.5 x 1143 = 8572.5

Therefore, all I ask is some clarity and a simple understanding of why the share has pulled back last couple of days.

The moment i hear the words "cautionary announcement" i start to shiver. Embarassed
I suggest anyone having holdings on PAN AFRICAN TO sell now now now!! until things have blown over i forecast a +20% sharp decrease in share price in the next coming days.

I had Blue and Afdawn shares in my portfolio months back
then came the cautionary announcement few days later the price decreased sharply. Watch the Pan African Makalani and BJM
share price in the next few days very closely to see what i mean.

I doubt you should put PAN in the same league as ADW & BFS.

Shifting PAN to the main board will expose it to more Funds and should increase the liquidity of the share (if the fundamentals support it)

Notice that LON:PAF has reacted nicely on the news.

Enjoy!
