SGL...making me good $ today again.. love the volatility.

OK, so I was a little conservative on NPN. But it still doesn't look overbought. Next target at R1065?

 

 

I think OML is just suffering from some profit-taking. I think it should pull back slightly more, a safe place to but a buy is at R31.53.

Ja, need to get through 1030 and then 1041 and then that target of 1065 is looking good.

Interesting trading on OML, wonder why the sell off. Any views on accumulation level?. OML is a top performer, i wouldn't mind upping my stake.

I enjoy trading VOD these days,  too many sharp climbs and sharp falls,separated by only a few days, I've been timing my Longs and Shorts quite well, and my account is swelling.. Not sure where the top might be this time around though, but looking to take some profit at around R126 

waiting for 125.00 to bank profits, will let it run further if trend supports up but with tight stops

Must be some profit taking I guess...stock put in impressive run over last month. I see everyone is posting technical levels for NPN but I haven't seen anything for Tencent...should be interesting to see where resistance sits.

Tencent shares up as much as 4.4% at one point before pulling back as news that company has entered agreement with CCTV which allows it to broadcast 2014 World Cup and Winter Olympics via its website and mobile app.

I'll only start shorting once R900 is broken.  This is one stock you can get squeezed to death!

I agree, the share does not seem to be over-bought if you look at RSI, so no reason to go against the trend. Else you end up with the 'catching falling knives' scernario (or whatever it is called for upward trends).

 

Next resistance level should be at +/-R1002, judging by Fibs. I think it all depends on what happens with the R/$ exchange.

Glad to see someone using the BB's. Not many stocks respect these bands. The only ones I know are NPN, CML, STXIND and OMN.

AJS where do you see NPN going to this week?

I think it might just still grind higher with overall market strength.  And EVERYONE wants/wanted to short it at the magical R1000 figure, so maybe there might still be some short to squeeze out, who knows?
