Thanks Guys! I bailed on my shorts with some profit in hand and went long.

With Ben printing USD85bn per month, it has to be spent on something. No guesses for what is being bought.

 

 

atm Top40 is still down from open? But EU and US futures jumped because of German manufacturing PMI beating estimates. This coupled with Apple results from last night might see a push up towards US open this afternoon

 

 

Hi Chubby and Argento can you guys give us some insight please

Seems we just bounced of previous resistance line

I'm long @ 36469

It is amazing how one company can distort a market. Apple results beat estimates, albeit only slightly. So atm US futures (Dow and SnP) are only slightly green/flat but the Nasdaq futures are +0.48.

 

Amazing... Everybody is lining up to follow Forrest Gump's investment advice again and buy into some fruit company again

I hate harping on this but I owe my contacts an apology..But guess how much we were up % wise  on Monday and Tuesday on the j200! 1.7%

I got buys to stay above 36450 and 36500 by close. To make 16% on my margin. Entered around 14h00. Looking good so far....

Must have been a killing


And it was good. Done for the day.

Scary thing is. From the time I entered these 2 trades, the Top40 dropped from 36690ish to close at 36652. Freaky binary options......

circle of friends undecided.... just over 50% see more upside..... seems they either fully invested for upside or the others sitting on big shorts!!   no help this time around i'm afraid

Nah. US futures green. Up for now. Might drop tonight towards US close as people worry about Apple. Results might not be that good due to the Android revolution.....

Tapering will only start in October, so until then I see good upside coming, daily + weekly MACD still has room...so why fight the trend!

But should be two lekke corrections along the way, being August and the post close-out drop in September...but after October the cages will be rattled bigtime!

I think it is possible, look @ weekly chart, if H&S does not play out, it might be a megaphone pattern, with the upper resistance line being @ +- 38 300

All things being equal, I cannot see major obstacles in the way. The dailies stochastic is starting to give me some warning signals of the market being overbought, but the RSI have some space to go....if she follows the current bullish trendline up at current speed, might take some days to get there....that is now with some pullbacks here and there. Me still in virtual mode....some fundamental programmes are being overwritten and hardwired.....good to be take this breather and to reset.
