Last night we had +-245,000 extra calls into the market.

I have already put up a chart of divergences showing the market preparing for the return journey.

After the close results of Google and IBM were below expectations.

You can expect the market to react to these results at the opening.

Ok I give up. My model gave a short signal so I sold. After making a lekker profit. Now it seems like I will either have to wait till 30/4 or 8/5 to see further profits. Maybe my model is broken cause its calling 42800 before new highs......

Thanks brother.

There was little volume at today's low. And all of a sudden, 3200 contracts are exchanged at today's high. That means professionals are getting out, the way I see it.

I think it's just "divi-trading"?

Thought someone might find this interesting:

And out - all 6 at 43575.

There's extremely high volume exchanging hands up here. It looks like this baby's headed for the pits. Fall baby fall. Hopefully, we're going back to 43140 to release the other guys.

Happy days.

Well done.A profit is a profit.

Hold on to these longs into the 08th May, trust me on this one, is a biiiiig rally coming and to short at the top again will cause you pain (no matter what your system says)....EM's is very strong and you want to ride this wave..overall trend still up!US is not going to waste time getting back up after this correction....

Happy trading brother! ;)

A

Bears had there go...now it's time for the Green Express again!

Downtrends normally end with a reversal day, Nasdaq had the biggest reversal yesterday in 4 years..scary!

All my lower frames Renko charts are showing strong divergences on this upside.

The downside retracement should start very soon and if the Bears show their power then we are not done

with this pullback.

Pretty sharp, brother. Pretty sharp.

My worry right now is the price action on the FTSE; it needs to go up to 6548 first, then come back down to 6497, back up to 6548 before plunging lower. Now the question is, when all of that is unfolding, will the ALSI be listening to Beethoven's 5th Symphony or Chopin's Funeral March?

Here's how it affects my trade; I could cut my longs at 43715, along with the professionals, wait for the FTSE to finish that pattern, go short at the top and rejoin the up move from 43715 in two weeks. Essentially that means deviating from my system.

No, I don't like it. I'll hold til my target gets hit.

Happy trading, brother.
