there shall be blood by the end of this week, a proper weekly candle reversal
One Indicator That Suggests ‘14 Could Be One For The Bears
January is usually up and February is historically weak. This year was the exact opposite, does this tell us anything?
Well, down Jan/up Feb is actually the worst combo in terms of returns the rest of the year - up just 3%. Compare that with when both are up at over +10% on average the rest of the year, and up 88% of the time.

Is this another April fool joke or what? One supposes the FED is excluded...
Volcker Rule Effective Tuesday
If you were wondering why the Big Banks were fighting so hard against The Volcker Rule over the past 5 years you are about to find out. As of Tuesday, April 1, 2014, the rule goes into effect.
Volcker Rule: Final Regulations
http://www.occ.gov/n...tin-2014-9.html
Highlights: The Final Regulations
· prohibit banks from engaging in short-term proprietary trading of certain securities, derivatives commodity futures, and options on these instruments for their own accounts.
· impose limits on banks’ investments in, and other relationships with, hedge funds and private equity funds.
· provide exemptions for certain activities, including market making-related activities, underwriting, risk-mitigating hedging, trading in government obligations, insurance company activities, and organizing and offering hedge funds and private equity funds.
· clarify that certain activities are not prohibited, including acting as agent, broker, or custodian.
· scale compliance requirements based on the size of the bank and the scope of the activities. Larger banks are required to establish detailed compliance programs and their chief executive officers must attest to the OCC that the bank’s programs are reasonably designed to achieve compliance with the final regulations. Smaller banks engaged in modest activities are subject to a simplified compliance program.

MSM et al presents (sponsored) opinion as fact and seeks to indoctrinate. Journalists without ethics proliferate in a swamp of filthy lucre (BBC inclusive).
In response to decades of racism by fearful minority whites called apartheid there will be an eternity of racism by revengeful majority blacks called all kinds of excuses.
Corruption is not yet compulsory but it may as well be - Aggressive africanization uses the racist Employment Equity Act as a club.
Too many humans are too busy copulating to bother about the irresponsible, unsustainable and progressively catastrophic population explosion.
Whilst humanity prevails so will evil. Evil will survive and thrive through sophisticated indoctrination and other conscience-suppressing disguises.

Ok, I think soon sellers will start chasing buyers.
We just need the guys holding longs to get a little nervous
Keep selling Jakes, given the bullish day we had the FTSE closed flat.
Some strain is starting to show. I'm adding shorts like a rock star

Stocks that benefited have gone up already... Retailers have now been flat for about a year. Will foreigners switch over? To which country? To which sector? To which asset class?

I see the FTSE @ 6469 tomorrow; what is wrong with my chart??? Or is my mind playing tricks on me?
So long, brothers.
That would be great for my shorts.
But I'm not holding my breath.
Charts mean nothing when markets expect funny money.
If China releases news it will lower it bank reserve rate tonight, we will shoot the lights out tomorrow.
