The 4 year/Kress cycle will soon take hold..and going to catch a lot of investors with their pants down, for now still good upside and new highs coming but just put in a reminder for March!
Going to be the big retest in 2014 of the breakout all markets have experienced (12 years consolidation), SPX back to 1540ish....should set the secular bull in motion after!

A, those Bears couldn't even manage 39500. How on earth are they going to get to 33000?

Bulls will be in control until March...but then be ready for the sale of the decade to kick off...!

Up till end of January (given some profit taking next week), down for the first 2 weeks of February for a retest of 41550ish futures and then straight up into March to put in the bullmarket phase top and end wave 5!
Then 33 000 here we come...!

Thanks A. Views appreciated as always. I can't wait for that sale. I love discounts!!

Think it might be going for new highs today. Don't know about high close today, but possibly tomorrow. Think HDB projected a high of 428 a few weeks back.
Argento/AJS what does your charts say or what's your take on Alsi?

Goldman should have made big bucks.
So we in for another grand day it seems S?
Bernanke also speaks at 18:10 so that might throw a spanner in the works before he speaks .....

Citigroup and Goldman Sachs to report before US opening bell. Up 1.29% and 1.26% respectively in pre-market trade.
I just need big numbers from Goldman. It will ignite the markets.
CPI news is here today. It's market moving.
It's the number that replaces NFP as the key news.

I do have system....just need to reinforce the Velcro ....That can really throw you of your game for days or even weeks. "early closing syndrome".On 5 min chart a good example of the pin formation that lead to the reversal...but this is where the psychological side comes in to play...having been hammered for hundreds of points, then seeing the reversal, taking it but getting out to quickly etc etc etc etc..flip, because one is scared ....
Closed this mornings contracts for 700 points. Still have 412 running. will wait for a further dip if there will be one. Have no intention of giving back points.
The first goal is to ensure survival – avoid the risks that can empty your account and put you out of the trading business.

Get a system and stick to it. Execute on it. It eliminates the "guess" and "emotion". I can vouch for that!
