I am so confused. Don't know if I should take profit or wait for a higher high. Got seriously burnt yesterday closing my trade early.

FED will rock markets either way. IMO.

Vol so low today I'm just taking 50 points at a time... I'm on the same boat Jakes but I'm always nervous taking a view rather than playing the charts!

The volume is so low, any buyer or seller will influence it.

IMO,

so any nervous longs going into day end might look to take profit before FED decision, which could send us down a bit.

In that case, buy a few long contracts Jakes and make us all happy

I'm not a daily trader but trend is back up so nothing to stop her now!

Also asking myself how much of whatever the verdict is tonight is already "priced in". Markets are illogical, so for all I know I'll through the kitchen sink at it tonight and she'll do the opposite tomorrow.

FTSE also back above her 200 daily, drops below and back usually signals significant bottoms!
