I have a feeling the dove is going to start tapering.

The new budget deal, if accepted, is kind of like QE also. So room for a taper.

For the guys using the future charts remember she will move up with about 270 points next week (futures close-out), adjust your target levels accordingly, that would put my target just above the 38050ish level!

 

See there were a few company changes on the TOP40, Goldfields dropped off so we have only one company left with exposure to gold (Ashanti)...makes one think!

Surprise, surprise - A week before the Fed is to decide on tapering QE, US growth forecasts are revised downward

 

Speculation Bernanke may step down next week if Yellen confirmed by Senate, meaning she could lead Dec FOMC meeting

Why is he in a hurry to go. He propably want's the blame to shift to Yellen when the US 10 year start going above 3%

 

Yellen wont choke the market by tapering. She does not want to be called whicked grandma by the American people.

 

For now Goldman Sachs are playing with the bears. They will kill them soon.

 

Could Yellen start with a bang. It would be the biggest start of a chairman/woman is history.

Cool. I still have one long. Hoping the assasin can make us test 39000. I'll take a small short there and see if it brings me joy.

 

And I hedged my position, so either way we good to go.

I managed to get some channels from people i follow.

 

Just have a look. Most of them think a bottom is near.
