So where can we hear Bernanke speak?

I saw something on Friday that stands for caution. The US market went up while the ViX was going up.

It shows a dip will come before final rally, then a big wave 4 drop

The US is just so strong, funny thing is almost 90% of the guys posting on safehaven / marketoracle etc got it wrong, even the guy I use from the states has been calling for the top for some time now...!

 

Also saw the VIX spike but I don't think DOW is going under 16000 again..might see some weakness with the open but looks like this wave 5 of the primary 3 is extending!

 

My 2c Santa rally going to kick off this week already with a bang!

Since alsi has had a party all year wont be surprised if Father Christmas is reluctant to make an appearance too early this year

Santa Rally might start mid December.

The only thing that will push it is no taper on the 18t

I'm adding longs with this drop (even if she goes lower)...these return moves can turnaround quite quickly and the inverted H&S is very powerful pattern for strong moves up..and new highs, bring it Santa!

As there is a public address by Bernanke at 15H30 you should base your positions on this . It could skyrocket or drop like a bomb after 15H30 ...!!!

About 350ish points down from here..

 

Futures level 39850ish...the 5H 200 moving average lies there and will be strong support!

Return move in motion...don't get sucked into this jump...low is not yet in and more red to follow..but medium term very bullish (right shoulder of inverted H&S forming)!

 

This A,B,C correction was large, so expect the return move to be also large in size, but should bottom early this week!US to continue their grinding higher...

 

Long term count:

 

After reviewing the TOP40 charts and US indexes together with Tony Caldaro's analysis it it safe to say we are still in primary wave 3 and in the process of topping but with one more high left in December, thereafter wave 4 down (6000ish points down!?) should kick in together with seasonal trade taking us down next year (and as S mentioned).

 

Bullmarkets display 5 waves as per Elliot wave!

 

Will post the weekly chart of the waves later!

So, if we have a little bull flag in development, then tomorrow we may see 39 000 ish.....no position atm - got rid of short on Friday evening.  Should have stayed out then - gave back 100 points. It is one thing I need to fix ... that is to walk away when I have the chips....
