Yes indeed, thats a lot to respond to. Thanks for being appreciative, its like water in the desert.

The S&P take is a quick view. The Elliott aspects are about the ending diagonal or not. If it is then the standard Elliott view is that we just saw the top of the 5th of the 5th since 2009 meaning the correction will be huge. If Caldaro and his Objective approach is correct then this is the 1st Primary of the 3rd Cycle (of SC3).

But Caldaro was just surprised by the sudden end of 5th. He expected another small 4th and 5th taking it to +3000 by end of 2008.

Now seasonals would have supported that take. So now it pauses and we all focus and scramble for correlations.

The full range of projections here can be out of date before concluded. 

I would very much prefer that Caldaro is correct abut +3000 by end of 2018 but he has dropped this idea already in favour of this pause being mid-wave. 

If the traditional Elliott view is correct then we are at mid wave A of the correction where the C-wave is extended.

You see the blog is in the name of Jack, who I share with but don't see much of.

So would the way to put it be........That the ending of the leading diagonal.....weighs more than the perceived counting or .....structure of the  minute waves concluding the minor 5 wave......OR....the ending of the diagonal cancels out the minute structure ....totally....From there then minor wave 5 concluded without subdivision or with unstructured mixed pulses of waves....and that is as simple as that.... I should not over think it.....Does this sometimes happen ?........how would you put it .....Put it in your words......I am after the exact way to put it.......To put my mind to rest.....

impt psychological points on chart

 

First lot :  400 and 800

second lot 200 and 600

 

seems to work best

My close yesterday at 00000 ,,missed 200 points as went to 45200

my close today 45050  missed 150p

If 200 broke i was waiting for 400 to double up short.

 

See how 200 was sweet sptt last night and again today

Fact that 800 broke this morning , sweet sot to close that long was 400 but i closed at 600 and went long there...LOD on IG 44417...couldnt get closer than that.  This short first target 44800.

 

Ill only swing long if we break 400 to upside

 

No charts will show this but pure experience.

Why did he close at that level? Why did he go short at that level? Study your charts and you might find something.
