I'm more for the gap being filled today...then we up and go next week
That's if it doesn't trigger panic and send us to V's M4 target 2000 pips under.
Dow/Spx/Nasdaq showing strong daily positive divergence (RSI upper right corner) so they would have never broken down with this setup...IMO train is gonna keep running!
NFP figures should fuel it!

no signal yet if this is a gap and go or it will be filled....frustrating !

The 5th wave is the tricky one to get a grip on but one guideline gives most often approximates 100% of wave 1 with close second of 61.8% of wave 1.
So taking the 61.8% guideline gives 50000 (futures) near enough on the nose.
The 100% guideline points to 55454.
Quite a span because of being the end zone of final Primary wave 5 of the bull cycle (now 6 1/2 yrs (6.5) old)
In the real world its all about interest rates now.

In this case the target for M5 would be like almost 51 000-ish?
The 5th wave is the tricky one to get a grip on but one guideline gives most often approximates 100% of wave 1 with close second of 61.8% of wave 1.

The coming few days shall determine whether the bulls are here or the train continues south.
Must say though, this picture agrees with my fears on the weekly chart...another possible 2000 pips south.
But I'm long so long...don't wanna miss the green express. I'll just hedge if the nasty bears ambush.

I am inclined to see this action as Major wave A of Major 4, target 47200ish futures.
Major B can be good for bulls and I will cover and rotate a little into a change of horse for it.
For MA = MC to target 45700ish then I don't see MB above 48000ish
But hey thats just my take atm
First part looks as expected (where MA is Intermediate A of course).
So my take is this should be the Intermediate B wave startup.
The M1-M2 and Int1-Int2 cluster into M3 wave may be a good picture to expect.

wow A ! I am on Gannets mean green train too- but do your techs suggest that the spring high (S&P 2125) is not already in? and this train is jnot just a dead cat bounce to 48000 before another C leg down?
Don't know of the states but my techs suggest the final euphoria blow off phase to begin from today and serious upside and new highs into futures close-out for the final bull top, make a note!
If you look at the structure since the high on the 24th April she made a perfect Elliot A, B and C (today's very impulsive move) down for Major 4....Major 5 should now take hold!
No need to post anymore, just enjoy the ride up!

This move is actually very bullish in my books, it reflects a backtest of the major 47300ish (futures) support level...don't miss the Green Express leaving the station today, is going to be a flyer!
US charts will show positive divergence with any new low so they also getting ready to move back up!
